PanVA is an interactive visualization tool for pangenomic variant analysis.

The PanVA application requires data in the PanVA API data format. We recommend to use PanTools to generate the necessary data files.

This technical test on a small yeast dataset explains all the steps from raw data to a PanVA instance.
